The Moving Brains difference
We believe people with Parkinson’s deserve to be challenged - not babied
Our coaches don’t water down training. They adapt it intelligently.
That means real boxing. Real dance. Real athletic coaching. So you can function better in the real world.
Every class is designed to help you build strength, balance, coordination, confidence, and the ability to move better in everyday life.
Because more is possible — when people are trained like it is.

Moving Brains Boxing : Celebrating 6 years of Fighting Parkinson’s
Our program offers PD fighters high-quality, weekly fitness classes, monitored by licensed physicians and PD specialists, run by professional athletes/trainers in local community gyms.
“If we don’t make high-quality exercise accessible to all people with PD, even the ones with better resources decline, and do not achieve their goal of staying mobile and staying away from ED visits, hospitalizations and/or nursing homes” - José C. Cabassa, M.D.
